junk, and then expect that you're "healthy." It, unfortunately, just doesn't work that way! Wellness... overall health, from the inside out is our mission. And because we focus on all aspects that make us as humans, we look at and work with physical, mental and spirit aspects. We all know how crazy this thing called life be, we don't all come from the same starting point, but that doesn't have to affect us for the rest of our lives.
